Hi Rosydoodle,
Yes the software should work with the '3' network, but only if the modem is a supported device. The Huawei ones are fairly standard, so if it's one of those you've more chance. The APN settings I used earlier can be changed within the application's profile editor, but I have no idea what the correct settings are for '3'. Perhaps you could give their tech support a call to find out?

I've found that this software should work with a 3 modem, could you tell me where could I the options that you've shown and if you know what they should be for it please?

Hi,

I take it you are developing an app which uses the Betavine API.

Hence you can look at your developer key to test your app by going here

To navigate to this from the home page, select the resource menu, then select the ling Betavine API Home and then Generate a Developer Key which is near the top left.

Hello dear linux users
i,m trying to install a usb modem stick on suse 10.3
I think it has a software conflict

i believe vodafone driver or linux does not recognize the device but im not an expert at all , so i ihope someone now what to do, there could be software clash whit networkmaneger , becuase this is the case whit this device, it use the same software that the wlan card use

the Vodafone Mobile Connect Card driver for Linux software runs but it asks me to set custom settings

like device type / you only can choose serial
data port device
control port device
speed connection wich is already set at 115200

hope to get the data and control port parameters, maybe it will run.
so that i dont have to use windows anymore on my laptop
