Description

Buddycloud is two components: A mobile client and a backend location butler.

The mobile client lets users publish their location in the form of tags like "Home", "Work" and "Starbucks on 42nd Street". Whenever they are back at these locations their location is automatically updated.

The location "butler" uses wifi, cellid and bluetooth to let the users bookmark locations around town. This location is then shared with their friends.

Know where your friends are before you call them.

Requirements

Any Symbian S60r3 phone should work. Wifi and GPS help although the system works perfectly with just CellID for positioning.

Usage Instructions

Download the application from http://m.buddycloud.com and try it out. Add some friends and follow them as they move around town.
